Creator Agreement & Content Guidelines

1) Creator Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• The social accounts you share must belong to you, and your reported audience size must be accurate. FansMeds manually reviews follower counts.
• Disclose your material connection to FansMeds on every promotional post per FTC requirements.
• Complete the FansMeds Creator Compliance Training before posting, sharing, or distributing your promotional link on any platform or to any person.
• Creators do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific medications. All clinical decisions are made by licensed providers.

2) Compensation and Qualified Marketing Events

You earn a fixed fee for each Qualified Marketing Event: when a visitor arriving through your link completes registration and checkout, including any identity verification FansMeds requires, reaches the Thank You page, and enters the Patient Portal. What providers prescribe, and what the patient pays, never changes what you earn. Your rate is set by verified audience size at approval. Request a tier review anytime with your latest follower and engagement numbers. Fees are paid monthly.

3) Content and Photo Guidelines

• Use a clean, well-lit portrait with a simple background and a clearly recognizable face. Avoid gym mirror selfies.
• Do not submit nudity, sexually explicit content, third-party logos, copyrighted imagery, or other brands.
• Do not make prohibited health or medication claims or suggest that creators influence clinical decisions.
